DME, Durable Medical Equipment

DME, or Durable Medical Equipment is equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, special seating, and other patient aids. Often Orthotics and Prosthetics get confused (and included as part of) DME, but there really is a huge difference separating our type of services from DME. At Durrett's, we feel it is more important to concentrate on only one type of business which allows us to offer a better, more cost effective service. We do not handle DME products.
